go·ruck [verb go + verb ruck] noun ruck is short for rucksack (aka backpack), it’s also a verb: to ruck is to move with a rucksack, and implies action, energy, and purpose.

Can I customize my GORUCK gear?
Yes. You can affix a patch of your choice and add pockets or other accessories to the MOLLE webbing strips. Be creative, and make it yours.
Does GORUCK gear come in other colors?
For right now, we’ve got any color you want as long as it’s black. We’ll have additional colors in the future.
What is the process to have a custom patch made?
Please contact us. You will need to upload finished digital artwork in .jpg format, sized at 2″x3″. Note: the minimum order for a custom patch is 50 and pricing is determined by quantity. We will contact you with details once we receive your artwork.
What is the MOLLE webbing system?
MOLLE webbing consists of the strips of military-grade webbing at the bottom of our rucksacks and other gear. This is the same system used by our Armed Forces to customize their body armor and equipment. It allows you to securely customize your GORUCK gear with additional pockets or accessories such as carabiners.
How should I clean my GORUCK gear?

How do I get my GORUCK gear repaired?
GORUCK is built to last a lifetime and gets better with time and use. Once broken in, like your favorite pair of blue jeans, you will not want to replace it. For repairs, please visit Scars.

What is your shipping policy?
Domestic shipping for orders over $100 is on us. Expedited and international shipping are on you. Options and pricing will be seen at check-out.
How long will my shipment take to get to me?
You can expect tracking information from FedEx within 7 business days from your order date. Your order will be delivered within 8 days of the shipping date unless you selected expedited shipping.
What is the status of my order?
You will receive multiple emails throughout the order fulfillment process. We send confirmation emails when:
(1) You place your order
(2) FedEx picks your order up from our Bozeman facility; this email includes your tracking number, which you can use to monitor the delivery status via FedEx
(3) Your order is delivered
What is GORUCK’s return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are free to return your GORUCK gear for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Gear must be in its original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
How do I return my GORUCK order?
A return form comes with every order. If you need a new one, please download the return form here and include it with your return shipment.
Does GORUCK ship internationally?
Yes, but GORUCK does not pay for international shipping or return shipping if international.
Does GORUCK ship to APO addresses?
Yes, GORUCK ships to APO addresses using FedEx SmartPost. Ground shipping to APO addresses is on us.
How and when was GORUCK founded?
GORUCK was founded in 2008 by Jason McCarthy, a Green Beret and Ohio native, with childhood best friend Jack Barley of Jacksonville, Florida.
What is a Green Beret?
Members of the United States Army Special Forces are commonly called the Green Berets.
What is the Green Beret Foundation and how does GORUCK support it?
The Green Beret Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides unconventional support to wounded Green Berets, their families, and Gold Star family members of killed Green Berets. GORUCK donates gear and hosts fundraisers and events to help raise awareness for GBF.
