Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Products I have yet to be disappointed in the products I've purchased. Great quality and built to last. This 20LB Ruck Plate is no different. I've easily put this in my 10L Bullet (with 3L of water, t-shirt, protein bars and some extras) and my GR2 40L rucks. I've also used it for my daily PT. It is also part of my EDC, I like having the extra weight. I've gone on long hikes with this plate, it's almost as near and dear to me as my woobie. It doesn't keep me warm at night, but it has many benefiting factors. Seriously, if you want to ruck, you need weight. This is weight made easy, made tough and MADE IN THE USA!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 20 lb. Ruck Plate This is my second ruck plate (first was a 30lb. for a Tough). I prefer the plates to bricks due to more even weight distribution and more flexibility on how you can position the plate in your ruck. I really like how the 20 lb. is long and flat, which spreads out the weight distribution even more, and fits perfectly into the laptop compartment or the pocket on the inside of the main compartment. I would have given 5 stars but my plate showed up with a ding in the coating that exposes the steel to water. I didn't want to go through the hassle of sending it back so I'll just have to make sure to dry it out after events with water. Otherwise this is a top notch product and I'm very happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I thought it'd be Good simple ruck plate. Fits perfectly height wise in my GR1. On the inside pocket it sits snugly, in the laptop compartment there appears to be a couple inches of space available from the end of the plate to the top of the compartment. Doesn't seem to be an issue. I was worried at first about the plate sliding around because it was more narrow than the width of either compartment but it stays snug. Been on a couple rucks so far and it feels like its part of the pack, no movement at all. I'm getting ready to get another ruck plate at the next weight!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ruck Plate Performance When I initially was implementing rucking into my training for a specific event...I was tempted to grab an existing backpack throw some weights in and get going. I was awed by the goruck backpack (my son in ops had one) and toyed with the idea of getting one. Once I decided I was getting the backpack I decided that I needed to heed the experts and go ahead and buy the actual weight that was made for the backpack. I think the fact that I went with this A-grade equipment made specifically for rucking activities it has made my training injury free.
