If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, GORUCK will fix your product free of charge. No receipt necessary (we can recognize our own bags) – and the date of purchase does not matter. Hence Lifetime.
EXCESSIVE ABUSE:
GORUCK products are meant to face extremes but do not stop bullets, knives or chainsaws and may bear holes, rips, and tears when subjected to excessive abuse. We are judge and jury of ‘excessive abuse’ but as adventure seekers ourselves, we are also experts at recognizing excessive from defective.
Scars are the mark of character but should be stitched up properly, so we’re happy to provide you a fair quote to patch up or otherwise repair any excessive abuse.
GORUCK gear is meant to be used, and used hard, all over the world. Upload or email us your best Scars shots. If we like it, we’ll upload it with your story: Files not to exceed 700K; if you send it to us, you’re authorizing GORUCK to use it as it sees fit.

Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are free to return your GORUCK gear for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, even if you’ve been using it. Even if you’ve been using it hard. As long as there are no signs of ‘excessive abuse’ we will refund your entire order upon receipt of you purchase.
