We love ﬁre, bullets, knives, and chainsaws, but we can promise that they’ll leave scars beyond the realm of normal repair. We’re happy to stitch up any GORUCK gear that’s been burned, shot, slashed or sawed for a reasonable repair charge.

Is the damage to your gear beyond the realm of normal repair? Yes No

GORUCK uses YKK zippers, which are the best in the world. Over time, excessive abrasion will render even these zippers less than fully functional. To do a full zipper replacement takes approximately three hours at our factory in Bozeman, Montana.

I understand that if my rucksack requires a full zipper replacement, there is a fixed fee of $75 to replace the zipper.

I understand that GORUCK cannot work on dirty gear and that if my gear arrives at GORUCK’s factory dirty, I will be contacted about a $25 cleaning fee.

I understand that if GORUCK determines that damage to my gear goes beyond the normal realm of repair that I will be contacted regarding a repair charge.
