Each year, we choose different ways to honor the brave men and women and their sacrifices on September 11, 2001. This year, you can honor those we lost on 9/11 by completing this workout. From now until 9/16, we challenge you to take on the 9/11 Tribute workout.
This workout honors the firefighters and first responders of 9/11. The goal should be to go heavy – make a small physical sacrifice to honor those who have gone before you. As the workout gets tough, remember who you’re doing it for.
