Purpose: Sudden stress response and rapid adjustment to combat conditions.

10 Ruck Thrusters
10 Ruck Push-ups
100m Ruck Sprint
5 Burpees

10 Min AMRAP
Purpose: Tactical recovery, teamwork, and recalibration under fatigue.


20 Ruck Deadlifts
10 Ruck Cleans
10 Get-ups with Ruck (from belly to standing)

10 Min AMRAP
Purpose: Final push, mission under evolving stress and uncertainty.


Every 2 Minutes on the Minute (EMOM):
4 Burpees Jump Over Ruck
6 Ruck Front Squats
8 Ruck Rows

Buy out:
Finish by holding a Plank for 1 minute

Scoring: # of rounds in each phase
