June #RuckingChallenge

We've partnered with the Best Defense Foundation to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the D-Day Landings at Normandy. The level you choose determines the miles and number of workouts you will complete. When rucking your miles, pick one of their routes, read about it and dedicate your ruck to America’s Greatest Generation who liberated France and Europe. These soldiers rucked to complete their missions, carrying over 80 pounds most of the time. We recommend anywhere from 10 lbs if you’re new to rucking all the way up to 45 lbs if you’re a seasoned pro.

The following are the three different levels:

  • BRONZE: 25 Miles + 2 Workouts ($25)
  • SILVER: 50 Miles + 3 Workouts ($50)
  • GOLD: 75 Miles + 4 Workouts ($75)

Download this sheet to learn more about the routes that the soldiers rucked on the beaches of Normandy and use that as inspiration when completing your workouts.
