One Team. One Fight. In Honor of Juneteenth.
Commemorated annually on June 19, Juneteenth is the oldest known celebration of the end of slavery in the United States. Following the official end of the Civil War in April 1865, most slaves in Texas were still unaware of their freedom. This began to change when Union troops arrived to Galveston. On June 19, 1865, General Order No. 3 stated: “The People of Texas are informed that, in the United States, all slaves are free. This involves an absolute equality of personal rights and rights of property between former masters and slaves.” Freed African Americans observed “Emancipation Day” as early as 1866 in Galveston in celebration of freedom and the triumph of the human spirit.

We encourage Ruck Clubs and all others to get together to sweat and socialize to remember how much in common we all have. Building bonds at the community level is how we start to change the world for the better.
Proceeds of these patches will be donated to our partners at The Give Team, a fitness and leadership program made up of students from the New Image Youth Center located in the inner city neighborhood of Parramore in Orlando.
How it Works
The Give Team 15 is the warm-up for every Give Team workout. It's a series of fifteen exercises performed for forty-five seconds followed by a fifteen second rest. The beauty of The Give Team 15 is it can be tailored to suit your specific needs. Earn this patch by adding this warm-up to your workouts or going on a ruck with your friends this month. You can attempt to perform as many reps as possible during the forty-five second period or use this warm-up as a strength training tool by adding a sandbag, weighted ruck or training vest.
