Hey Justin Blakeman here.. We did this one last night at HQ and Holy smoke session! The 50 lungesters were everything you hate about lunges and everything that you hate about Squat thrusters put together!!!
Damn! 15:27 but had to use a 40# sandbag and 30# ruck.
