Join the Cadre to honor, cherish, and preserve the memories of those twenty children and six adults who lost their lives on December 14, 2012. This event will be a tribute to them in a fun and meaningful way through some physically and mentally demanding work that will bring us closer together as friends, family, and a community.

All net proceeds from this event will be donated to the Ana Grace Project.

EVENT CADRE: CADRE RAMY

Ramy was first introduced to GORUCK in 2012 while working in Finance in New York City. Through the Challenge and his experience with the Cadre, he started to learn more about the Green Berets. Finding a new calling in his late 20s, Ramy enlisted on an 18X contract. He spent his military career with the 5th Special Forces Group and after multiple deployments, his career was medically cut short. Since leaving the Green Berets, Ramy has successfully transitioned into the private sector. He is an avid outdoorsman and rucks weekly with his dogs. Leading GORUCK events allows Ramy to share knowledge and highlight the similarities between the Special Forces mission and individuals’ daily lives. For Ramy, being physically challenged is table stakes; the real value is the mental challenge and learnings that come from it.
