This is my second sun
"This is my second sun hoodie. I think this one is even better than the previous one, with same lightness while feeling more solid and not wrinkling as easily. It still packs down to nothing (you could probably stuff it inside a shoe if you really wanted to). It does what it says when protecting from the sun, though I still recommend pairing with a hat or face sunscreen, as the hood doesn't come very far forward. I took an ATV ride through the jungle while wearing the hoodie, and it protected my skin from the brunt of the burs and thorns. I picked a ton of stickers out of the sleeves afterward, and there was no lasting damage to the garment."

Truly durable and comfortable
"I’ve had many technical shirts for hot weather. Hands down this is the best. I ended up getting all the colors and some for friends. It’s withstood Velcro snags and laying on sandpaper while trying to work in tight spaces. No snags or runs. Easy to quick hand wash and dry in an hour. As with everything GORUCK, only top tier quality, exceeds advertising."

Nothing else on the market like Toughmesh!
"I have tried many different sun hoodies. I live in the desert southwest. This Toughmesh hoodie is the best there is. The nylon is awesomely durable, and the breathability is astounding. I searched and searched for the holy grail of sun hoodies. . . This is it! IMPROVEMENTS: GoRuck, please, Please, PLEASE, make this shirt in lighter colors for us desert dwellers. I don't know, maybe wearing black in the summer is fine in Florida, but where it gets 115 degrees, dark colors do not work. I know its a branding thing also, but please! A desert tan, or FDE/coyote would be wonderful. Also, it would be incredible if you marketed an orange and/or red one for Search and Rescue use! Please, for philanthropy? I used to wear the Outdoor Research orange hoodie until they discontinued it. . . the GoRuck Toughmesh blows it out of the water. It is twice as breathable. I just need it in our approved color. Lastly, please don't add in polyester. . . I'd have to stop wearing this amazing hoodie."

I love my sunmesh hoodie!
"Please make more colors that don’t absorb as much heat for example light gray, or fde. I’ve tried other brands but they aren’t as breathable in the Arizona desert heat. Just need a lighter color"

So nice I bought it twice
"It's a thin mesh hoodie. Fits true to size, I'm 6'2" 240 and the XL fits me well. Got it for rucking and hiking in the summer and it held up fine. Now that it's winter I've been using it as a base layer under a T-shirt and sometimes a fleece. Got lucky on the Black Friday sale and managed to get a 2nd for cheap, but was happy paying full price for the first."

Almost fits
"I was in between sizes and decided to order the bigger size. The shoulders are a bit too wide making the shirt look oversized on me. It also came with some weird thumb holes, I don't think I would have bought it if I knew it had them. The shirt is very long and covers my entire lower half meaning I can't reach my pockets without having to lift the shirt. I wasn't too happy about my purchase."
