Waterproof Rucksack Cover

To take your ruck from water resistant to completely waterproof, the Ruck Rain Cover is the solution. If you want that extra layer of protection when rucking or traveling, we’ve got your back.

Weather is hard to predict, especially in Florida, but that shouldn’t stop you from getting outside with your ruck. If you get caught in a rainstorm rucking on the beach, or want to protect your ruck from the elements when on a hike, just take your Rain Cover out and pull it over your ruck to make it 100% waterproof. It’s packable to the size of a beer can, lightweight, tear proof, and the toughest Rain Cover on the market.

    Features & Specs

    Tearproof Ripstop Weave
    Ripstop weaving makes your cover durable and strong. A reinforced grid is woven in the fabric pattern to prevent ripping. If a rip somehow begins, the grid pattern will stop it from going any further, hence the name “Ripstop”.

    Waterproof Coating
    Traditional woven fabrics are not completely waterproof, so that is where a PU coating comes in. PU1500MM has been applied to the fabric to make it 100% water repellent. It makes a waterproof barrier, while still being smooth.

    Packable
    Take your cover on the go since it has the ability to pack down to the size of a beer can. When you’re ready to use it, take it out, pull it over your ruck, and go.

    Buy it before you learn the difference between rain proof and water proof

    "This is a great piece of kit! Like lots of decisions in life you make them after the fact that you learned something. Like, I made the decision to purchase the ruck rain cover after I learned the difference between “ Rainproof: highly water resistant aka rainproof” and waterproof. While my GR1 performed admirably in wind-driven rain, some clothing did get just a bit wet. Now that I have the ruck rain cover in my stash pocket, I’ll never get rained on again while wearing my GR1. So, money well spent! Also, the bag for the ruck rain cover is sewn to the cover itself. Brilliant!"

    Great idea…

    "The great idea was purchase this to use and actually never did, not yet anyway. This to me is one of those things that’s better to have if I actually need it, as opposed to needing it and not having it. The GR1 I bought it for doesn’t get water in it anyway and it’s definitely seen some rain. No regrets in the purchase and a good accessory to have on hand for when conditions warrant it’s use."
