"I bought my first GR1 (velcro on the back panel) in 2018 and used it daily for 8. 5 years. It showed very little wear after all that time, but it recently got stolen from my truck! I just ordered another one and customer service has been great to work with. You can’t get a better bag. Highly recommend and check out their custom shop to add some small features as well!"

This isn't my first time buying from the brand—I previously purchased the GR2—but this time around, I couldn't choose the color I wanted because it wasn't available. I live in Argentina and only travel to the United States for vacations, so I don't have the option of waiting for the product to come back in stock. I believe they should maintain better availability, especially for the classic black model, which is the brand's best-selling and most iconic version."

I’ve also picked up a couple of shorts from here and a pullover and I’ve been super impressed with the quality. I get that it’s expensive but this is one of the few times I feel like you are really getting what you pay for."
