A featherweight training pullover that excels during a long ruck and your toughest workouts, dries lightning fast to keep you moving. We built this pullover to our exacting standards using proprietary, made-in-Italy ToughMesh™ fabric.

ToughMesh™ is our world-class, featherweight fabric milled at the foothills of the Italian Alps, not far from where da Vinci painted The Last Supper. It took us five years to develop, test and prove a fabric that could thrive in our way of life — no cost, time, or rigor was spared to create a line of apparel that’s tough enough to endure the demands of rucking and training and will dry long before you could drink your first beer, which will be well earned.

About ToughMesh™:

  • “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” - da Vinci. T’s transition easily from the driveway to the streets to the bar. With and without a ruck on your back.
  • ToughMesh™ weighs only 100GSM (grams per square meter).
  • That’s 30-40% less weight than normal performance fabrics.
  • To make the fabric tough enough, we use nylon (then add a little stretch). The polyester version repeatedly failed our testing and cost us an extra year that we’ll never get back.
  • Every roll of fabric takes 6 hours to complete, using 44 gauge needles. Standard fabric takes 45 minutes and uses 20 gauge needles. Quality takes time.
  • Mini-perforations are woven into the fabric to increase airflow, speed up dry time and decrease weight. They’re small and mighty but do not dominate the aesthetic of the shirt.
  • Antimicrobial treatment is added into the fibers themselves, before the fabric is woven in Italy. This process ensures a significantly longer lifespan of odor resistance across repeated washings. Lesser fabrics are simply “coated” after they’re milled - which wears off in just a few cycles of a high powered washing machine.
  • UPF 35 (this provides 97%+ coverage) to protect your skin from the sun.
  • Off the shoulder seams remove friction while wearing a ruck - which we hope you do often.

"Exceptionally lightweight and durable pullover. I typically layer over either Performance Toughmesh Tee or Triblend T-Shirts while rucking or working out in temps ranging from 50 F to 70 F. Excellent moisture wicking, tough fabric that really works to keep you dry and help regulate body temp. It fits great, look great and exemplifies high-quality construction. Like the Woolly Pully I was issued more than 30 years ago, this has quickly become one of my all time favorite and most versatile pieces of kit."
