"Repositioning center of load bearing is what they do quite wonderfully, gives my arms a little more comfortable position also, sometimes I grab them and sometimes I just let them hang there, works as intended and in my opinion everyone can benefit from using these, top quality and well worth the ten bucks, also I highly recommend the yellow reflective strap thingys.
