Great accessory
"These things come in handy at times. Great accessory for the Rucker."
The Problem: Gravity Always Wins. Ruck long enough with enough weight, and physics takes its toll. Blood pools in your hands, leading to sausage fingers and swollen hands.
The Solution: The T-REX Position. The apex predator of all the dinosaurs naturally carried its arms high, increasing blood flow back to the heart. This is smart. The take-away for all of us is that elevating our hands keeps them working better longer so the hunt (for miles) continues strong.

T-REX Hand Straps offer a practical solution for long-distance runners and backpackers by elevating hands to improve blood flow and reduce swelling. The high-tenacity webbing ensures comfort and durability, while the universal compatibility allows easy attachment to any rucksack.

"The T-Rex Handles/Hand Straps give me another method of rucking for longer distance. I have been training with them and I love them. They are game changers!!! I will put them through the test @ The Go Ruck San Diego 2026! “Can’t Wait""
"Added a set to my army rucksack and crushed a 12-miler last weekend. Will 100% incorporate during my 18. 5-mile Norwegian ruck march next month. The straps allow you to noticeably shift the ruck weight during times when your shoulders and back want a change of scenery."
"Fantastic addition to my pack. Quality is awesome, as expected."
"I must have 3 different packs and across the family 6+. Love them and love the company, outstanding."
"Highly functional and excellent in the quality of the material / stitching. Hand slips could use a little more padding. I have long arms and the straps are a bit short."
"Love the product! Got my first ruck with them this morning…Basic Rucker w/ 30lb plate. The hand straps are an outstanding addition! Having the optional position for hands and the ability to occasionally shift the weight is worth every penny. I already ordered an additional pair to throw on my hiking/camping backpack and will be testing that pairing in 2 weeks."
"I’ve used others, but my OCD wanted to match colors with my ruck (always look cool) so it prompted the purchase. It simple. Nothing to break. Nothing to adjust (which I thought I’d miss but didn’t). “Girth hitch” might sound intimidating for some as the attachment method so just pass the small loopy end through the shoulder strap webbing thingy, and then stick the large loopy end through the small loopy end loop."
"Soft to the touch but tough as nails! Perfection."
"A bit short. Loops are small. Add 3 inches length (all in the loop diameter) and they’d be dang near perfect"
