100’ single arm KB overhead carry – 44# KB
30 Kettlebell Russian twist – 35#
1 SB over shoulder + 30’ bear hug carry + 1 SB over shoulder + 30’ bear hug carry – 80# SB
200 M Sandbag run – 80# sandbag
