If you are a content creator and  passionate about GORUCK gear, we want to help you earn money for sharing your expertise with the world. As a part of the GORUCK affiliate program, you have the opportunity to use your chosen platform to earn commissions on referred sales, made through affiliate links on your site.

how it works

  1. A visitor clicks on your affiliate link and is taken to our website.
  2. At the time they click your link, the visitor's IP address is logged, and a cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
  3. The visitor browses our site and decides to make a purchase.
  4. If the visitor completes their order (the order does not need not be placed during the same browser session—cookies and IPs are stored for 30 days), that order will be registered as a sale for you and eligible for commission.
  5. We review and approve the sale to make sure it qualifies.
  6. You receive 8% commission payouts each month (if your monthly commissions total $100 or more. Commission totals under $100 will carry over from month to month until the $100 payout minimum is met).

Requirements for acceptance into the program:

We are looking for affiliates who share our same commitment of quality and service to others. Individuals who are trusted for their knowledge and recommendations, and who regularly produce quality content with honest reviews based on first-hand experience with our products. If you feel like you meet these criteria and would like to join our program, we welcome you to apply below.

Applicants must have an established website and/or social media following of at least 1,000 followers/subscribers, and have been consistently producing content for a minimum of 6 months. No coupon or offer sites will be considered. 

If you feel that you would be a good fit for our program, but don’t meet these requirements at this time, please feel free to email us at affiliates@goruck.com for special consideration.

Due to the large diversity of publications available on the web these days, our program utilizes two affiliate management platforms. To determine which category you fall into, please read the following descriptions to determine where to submit your application.

Please note that our affiliate program is geared towards content creators who review our gear in some capacity. If you are an athlete, please consider connecting with GORUCK via our Ambassador program.

Independent Content Creator
Smaller publishers who create content promoting brands/products on a personal website, blog, podcast, social media page, or YouTube channel.

affiliate standards

All participants must submit a W9 to receive payment (International affiliates must provide us with a W8 and have a PayPal account in order to receive payouts).

You may not post your link on GORUCK controlled sites or forums (e.g., The Tough Page, GORUCK’s FB page).

Our logo CANNOT be used on t-shirts, patches, or other applications unless given express approval from GORUCK HQ.

You may not bid on GORUCK or GORUCK-related terms in Google Ad Words.

To remain a part of the program, you will need to generate at least $1,000 in quarterly sales or your account may be subject to closure. Please note that this kind of dismissal will not exclude you from reapplying to the program at a later date.

Participants caught violating or attempting to circumvent these rules will have all affiliate credit voided and will not receive payouts. Additionally, they will be banned from further participation in our affiliate program.
