Expect the human spirit to burn brightly. Expect grit and soul. Expect to meet people willing to show up for this kind of thing. Expect to move with a sense of purpose, chasing the sunrise. To lead is to serve: nothing more, nothing less. Your Cadre and humble servant will not only guide you on a tour of your city, he will also ruck shoulder to shoulder with you and partake in the Good Livin’ when the time comes. Cold beers, blood sweat tears and camaraderie all await. But first, RUCK OR DIE.
WHAT TO BRING
- Yourself, ready to ruck.
- Rucksack. On your back, as God intended. GORUCK highly recommended, though pain is a great teacher.
- Rucking Weight. Carry what you think is right — this is your first integrity check. Loads will be shared and cross-loaded according to the needs of the team. The pace will be fast. There is much to do and so little time.
- Water. 100% bring it. Electrolytes, too.
- Food. It’s a crutch, but bring some if you want to share, family style.

RUCK OR DIE 003 will ENDEX with a patch and a victory beer at Riverfront Plaza - then those looking for even more will ruck the Jags 5K at 8am (separate registration, not included).
