"Over the years I’ve amassed quite the collection of backpacks and messenger bags. This is top notch quality at a price point that won’t last long. It’s too good of a value. Plenty of room, beautiful ascetics, functional storage, and comfortable on the shoulder. It’s a picky thing, but the molle on the one end isn’t necessary but a small nod to their brand identity. Grab this bag today or else you’ll wish you had."
"I started a new job that needed a more professional look when going onsite. GORUCK quality and lifetime guarantee was the only option. Also, Rule#1: always look cool. My go-to bag had been a 26L GR2 (500D, so buttery soft). That was more than what I needed now. I had been watching this bag for some time as I assessed my next investment. Cue Xmas in July. That was it. Right price, right color, right look. The olive green is striking but I opted for Dark Oak. Plenty of space for my laptop, a wire dopp, and water bottle fit easily inside. GORUCK has obviously put thought into organization with this bag. Similar to a GR2, it has plenty of internal pockets of different depths. I’m cuious what could be added to the molle on the ends. That’ll require some research. The straps have a good amount of slack and the waxed canvas for the shoulder is a nice touch. Overall, i’m very satisfied with this bag."
"This shoulder bag is the perfect compliment to my 18l waxed canvas bullet ruck, kit bag and M23. This shoulder bag though is perfect. It holds a lot more than I t it would. I carry more for edc than a lot of other people I know and everything that fits in my 18l bullet fits in the shoulder bag also. The padding around the laptop is really thick padding and the back panel has thick padding as well. No worries about keeping my laptop safe. And did I say this bag looks amazing? Well it does! Words really doesn't do this bag justice. If you are on the fence about buying this bag, stop thinking and just buy."

"Goruck shoulder bag is a modern take on a briefcase design and when made from waxed canvas its spectacular. I chose it black waxed canvas, (and it is black no blue hue) and it's just as home in a formal setting as it is in a rugged outdoor setting. The internal section is divided into 2 compartments the narrower one is Goruck's famous bomb proof compartment perfect laptops and other expensive & sensitive items. The other larger compartment Includes several different sized zip pocket and an open cavity to accommodate odd shaped and bulkier items. The padded divider between the 2 compartments is slightly raised from the bottom which allow the divider to slightly float either way which can make either compartment slightly bigger or smaller. This is a so great when you that item that just won't quite fit because with float it now does."

"Great smaller bag. I’ve had a GR2 for about 10 years and it’s gone everywhere with me. I’ve been looking for something smaller to just hold the essentials and when I saw this I bought it immediately. Build quality is good. The waxed canvas is really nice. It looks very professional while still being tough. Holds my laptop, chargers, headphones and an iPad and everything is easy to locate and access. Great bag."
