If you don’t use them, you cant really tell that they are there, but they are great for your cell phone and you can still bench press without even noticing your phone in your pocket due to the convenient location. The material is thick, but breathable. This is my first order from Goruck, but im ordering more. I do wish they had more choices for women. "I have the tough flex size 12 leggings that I wear 3-4 times a week and they are still like new after a couple years! I miss the pockets on these (out of my size with pockets) but I needed another pair for rotation, this size fits great! Slight compression, coverage, and they stay right where they are suppose to on my hips regardless if I'm rucking, walking, doing a HIT workout or sitting in church! I'm a fan and advocate!"
