That workout is no joke! I stopped after the 9 burpee round for a total of 5k and 163 burpees. 42:02

Regret is correct but I’ve only been doing these workouts for 3 weeks at 51. Not completing was not an option. If you have the time, you can power through it!
Wasn’t sure if I could finish the whole workout. I scaled the workout back to back today.
1st round: 400 m run, burpees 20-2 by 2.
