How it Works

Our Cadre enforce a strict standard rooted in Special Forces Assessment and Selection. Teams that fail to meet the standard at any point may be performance dropped at Cadre discretion. Team Assessment begins with a gear inspection and PT test.

The winning team earns the Team Assessment Champion Patch. All other Finishers earn the Team Assessment Finisher Patch. These patches are never for sale.

The Standard

GORUCK PT TEST

The GORUCK PT Test is the first event of GORUCK Team Assessment. Participants must meet the minimum standards to continue through the rest of GORUCK Team Assessment.

Each team will be evaluated on the following movements: hand-release push-ups, sit-ups, and a timed 12-mile ruck. Repetitions may be split between partners at your discretion. Teams must stay together for the entire 12-mile ruck, no exceptions. If you fail the PT Test, your team will be eliminated from Team Assessment.

Male // PT Test

Max Hand Release Push Ups as a team in 2 minutes (minimum 110)

Max Sit Ups as a team in 2 minutes (minimum 130)

Timed 12 Mile Ruck in under 3 hours and 30 min (teams must stay together).

Female // PT Test

Max Hand Release Push Ups as a team (minimum 70)

Max Sit Ups as a team (minimum 90)

Timed 12 Mile Ruck in under 3 hours and 30 min (Teams must stay together).
