Organized and Accessible

GR1 opens flat to make it easier to pack, organize, and find something when on the go. Special Forces medical rucks share a similar design. Inside you'll find 3 interior pockets: 1 large elastic pocket, 1 large mesh zippered pocket, and 1 small go-to pocket.

Bombproof Laptop Compartment

The separate compartment next to your back is extra reinforced to securely take a laptop into combat. The frame sheet adds structure and stability so it's not you computer that's keeping the GR1 in its shape. Keep your most important item of gear safe wherever you go.

Built in the USA

The GR1 backpack is proudly American-made, built right here at home using GORUCK construction techniques proven by Special Forces soldiers in the harshest environments on planet earth. Then we spent years honing it into the American icon it is today.
