The Why Behind Tri-BlendX

Customer feedback drove the fix. We started hearing that our original tri-blend shirts weren’t meeting expectations. Because they were outsourced, we didn’t fully control the process and the quality didn’t live up to the GORUCK standard.

We don't do halfway fixes. So we brought production in-house, kept what worked, and improved what didn't. We upgraded to premium combed and ring-spun cotton—a process that removes impurities and creates stronger, softer yarn that resists pilling. We added SILVADUR™ 930 antimicrobial treatment to fight odor at the source, using silver ion technology that lasts for the life of the garment. And we implemented a rigorous quality control process that includes three separate inspection stages after construction, plus in-line checks throughout production.

Tri-BlendX

Premium combed and ring-spun cotton blended with high-tenacity polyester and rayon creates a fabric that's incredibly soft but refuses to lose its shape. Polyester wicks sweat away from your body, while rayon adds a silky feel and absorbs moisture.

"They fit great and look good. The fabric is soft and comfortable against my skin yet definitely feels tougher, i. e. more durable, than the previous Goruck tri-blend. Ended up getting one in almost every color. Would love to see this tee in a few more colors, especially in maroon/oxblood (though I've noted there aren't many reds in the apparel tops section in general... maybe java instead?). In any case, I anticipate these wearing these tees for a long time to come."

"I love them! The fit is perfect...I'm always between a large and medium in t shirts so it's hard to find a good plain t shirt that fits right. These fit perfect! Shirt Fit

"Great quality of fabric and sewing. Overall an A+ shirt. My only down side is the fit. The form fitting XL is not the same as a regular, active or relaxed fit. My 2 that I ordered are for a skinny guy who wears form fitting shirt. Im not Sponge Bob form fitting shape so it doesnt fit well. Im in the process of losing some stored calories so sometime soon I hope to be able to wear it proudly in public."
