The Rough Riders were volunteers who charged up San Juan Hill in 1898, untrained and untested. Cowboys, miners, ranchers, Ivy Leaguers. Different backgrounds, same mission. What made them dangerous wasn’t polish. It was grit.
That’s what today calls for: the willingness to drive forward when the hill gets steep and the weight digs in. The kind of toughness that ignores the odds and keeps pressing anyway.
This workout isn’t about looking clean. It’s about being relentless. Shouldering the burden, charging the hill, and proving you’ve got what it takes when the ride gets rough.
Dig in. Push hard. Be a Rough Rider.
