Scaled: lighter medball or sandbag

Maybe since today, Sunday is a traditional rest day, they expected you to do the active rest day? Not sure. Change makes me anxious and sad kind of, so, I wish there was another accountability site or app

I am not sure what we are paying for at this point. Jiu Jitsu five O, Jocko Def Reset and go old AI all have more reliable training programs at this point

This change has been a bad/frustrating start to the 2026 Tribe. I know they are aware of the issue because I emailed the company and received a response that my email would be forwarded to the Tribe folks.
Like almost everyone, I need to plan my workouts which are done early in the morning. 1450 here in Arizona and still nothing posted for today. I sure hope things are fixed ASAP.
If it helps anyone, I still have access to BTWB. I’ve been looking up last years WOD’s and redoing them until this gets straightened out.

After 3pm EST on a Saturday and still no WOD? If you guys can’t handle a post a day then just post the whole week on Sunday.
