Steph is a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN), NASM‑CPT strength coach, and performance nutrition strategist whose passion is helping athletic women over 40 fuel, lift, and recover with science-backed strategies—not fad diets or calorie restriction. With a B.Sc. in Biology focused on human physiology and over a decade teaching high school, Steph transitioned into full-time coaching in 2013 after discovering how weightlifting and proper fueling transformed her own health and performance.
