This Father’s Day, we’re keeping it simple: 4 miles of rucking + one classic dad task per mile. Carry something heavy, tell a bad joke, fix something with duct tape, whatever feels right. Do it solo or with your crew. No one’s watching, and that’s the point.
Complete the challenge and earn the Dad Rucks patch: This one doesn’t say “I ran a virtual race.” It says: “I rucked hard, carried the weight, and still had time to mow the lawn.”
A heavy metal tribute to every dad who shows up, carries the load, and gets the job done without asking for credit.
The Challenge
Ruck 4 miles Carry 30 lb or whatever heavy thing is lying around (squirmy kids included)
Do 1 dad task per mile: grill, mow, fix, tell an epic story with zero context
Complete it anytime over Father’s Day weekend (June 13–15, 2025)
No virtual check-ins, no leaderboards; just you, your weight, and the job
Why 4 Miles? Because Dad said it was “about 3”… and now you’re somehow on mile 4.5. Classic.
