The 10# mirrors the size of our STANDARD Ruck Plates.

The 15# mirrors the size of our LONG Ruck Plates. Fill them with sand to achieve the target weight, or add steel shot to the mix to increase their weight.

The best way to ruck is with a Ruck Plate high and tight on your back, and in your favorite Rucker or Ruck Plate Carrier. Now we’re proud to introduce an extremely versatile, durable, portable Ruck Plate that is perfect to start rucking and training with.

The Sand Ruck Plate will be your new go-to piece of gear for rucking while you travel. Pack it unfilled, bring it in your carry-on, and when you get to where you’re going, fill it with sand, and start rucking. Plus you can pull it out to take on some additional movements like carries and kettlebell swings. Complete with overbuilt construction, a built-in funnel system, and three interior chambers to evenly distribute the load.

"It's very nice. It is right in between sizes so it doesn't fully fill the large compartment in my rucker 4. p and doesn't fit in the small one but it is the size it said it was. It's made very well and with the pack will be almost the perfect weight for murphs."

Really thick.

"I bought these to replace my metal plates. The construction is top shefl for sure but obviously sand bags would be thicker than steel. These things are about 6 times as thick as my Rogue cast 10# plates. When I put one in both front and back of my Training Vest, I look like the Pillsbury Dough Boy and I had to redo the velcro to give me enough room to attach the straps. It is what it is but it would have been nice for GoRuck to actually mention fact this on their website. I have had such a frustrating experience with this vest that I wish GoRuck would take it and these two plates back and give me a refund. I am about to give up on rucking as one of my workout tools. These sand plates really are silly for rucking plates. I guess I didn't think it through."

Great alternative to the had

"Great alternative to the had plates. The plates dug into my back when sinched tight in the pack, so I used the sand ruck plate but filled it with lead shot to 30 lbs. Since it was malleable, it adapted to my back and was much more comfortable than that the 30 lb. plate. Quality is top notch. Price point is very fair."
