That core part was brutal! I thought the drags were going to be the worst part but nooo the Vups got me.
Also sad to see btwb go since Im not a FB user. But I figure some of us can use this nifty little comments section to connect, motivate , and share how the workouts went!
@Bryce I really love your notecard idea. I have felt pushed to go analog for a variety of reasons and this is a helpful way of reframing the loss of community on BTWB as an opportunity to switch modes of engagement. Thanks for sharing, I plan on copying you annd already have notecards and an old recipe box handy!
Ok, so I will admit that I was one of those “complainers” when I randomly received an email stating that Go was moving away from BTWB, like a day before the New Year. I had already put my plan in place and didn’t make contingencies for this change. That being said, I am channeling my inner Jocko. GoRuck moved away from BTWB? “Good” gives me a chance to ditch the phone and go analog. I created an analog “recipe” box with 4 × 6 cards for each of the WOD so I can get “cookin” every day. No more complaining just getting after it! Happy New Year Tribe :-)
