Being in the vanguard isn’t about comfort. It’s about being unafraid to step into the unknown. Take the hits and push. It’s not the easy role, but it’s the one that changes the game.


That’s the spirit of today’s workout. Leading with effort, not excuses. Carrying the weight when it’s heavy. Choosing to be out front when hanging back would be easier.
