Guided Ruck

The GORUCK Guided Ruck is a group adventure led by a Cadre who keeps the team moving together at about 3 mph (a 20‑minute‑mile pace). You’ll explore highlighted spots, hear stories that bring the destination to life, and embrace the challenge side by side while making lasting memories on foot. This event is all rucking—no additional movements required.

Guided Trail Ruck

Step off the pavement and into nature with the GORUCK Trail Ruck—a guided, team‑based adventure led by a Cadre at a steady 3 mph (20‑minute‑mile) pace. Ruck together through scenic terrain, soak in the views, and embrace the shared challenge of the trail. It’s all rucking, all outdoors—no extra movements, just fresh air and good miles.
