The purpose of a weight vest was never to make it harder to breathe. We cut a hole in our plates to take the weight off your diaphragm and give you some breathing room. This means better breathing during tough workouts and better recovery between sets. Then we added the swimmer’s cut and lowered neckline with movement in mind for the best weight vest for the most dynamic exercises. We finished the plates off with a powder coating to combat rust and stand the test of time.

The plates are compatible with our Rucking Weight Vest ONLY. They’re sold in pairs for total weights (with the vest) of 14, 20, and 30lbs.

Curved Ruck Plates are sold individually, and may ship separately from the rest of our gear. Curved Ruck Plates can only be shipped in the United States (all 50 states). Orders containing Curved Ruck Plates cannot be expedited.

"Wow. Compared to my starter ruck vest, the curved and cutout plates do two MAJOR things. They take a significant amount of weight off of my traps/shoulders. Also, several miles into a hard ruck, they allow me to take a DEEP breath compared to flat weights. I cannot notice any shifting of the weights, and it holds snuggly to my upper body when walking. The "30lb" weights are actually 28. 4lbs because of the conversion to Lbs from Kgs. I wish they had heavier curved plates, but the vest is a worthy investment either way."
