Amazing boots!

"Cannot say enough good things about these boots. The picture of the beat up boots are my old pair. I have had them over 4 years but the last 3 I have worn them every day for work and put about 5 miles a day on them. They have held up to the abuse and still have miles left on them. Because they were so comfortable and reliable I bought another pair (pics of new boot). When I put them on it was like putting on my old pair. Love the toe room and no break in time for me. These are a quality made boot that will last you for years."

My favorite Ruck Boot!

"This is my 2nd pair of this boot. . . They seem better than my first. They dont need breaking in but I do it anyway. the fit is true to size and I still have my last pair, I just wore the soles off of them. They look like my old Altima jungles and feel like Bates Lites(Im a 90's era Marine Grunt) Overall quality is always awesome ( It's GoRuck ,go figure!) I will buy another pair. Hopefully you will continue to run this line."

Great so far!

"Received the MacV2 in coyote about a week ago. I was very surprised that there was little to no break in time. Took the dog on a 2mile walk and had no signs of blisters or hot spots. I since have put on around 20 miles and still not one sign of a blister. The only adjustment was the I initial retightening the laces when I first started walking. Boots are very well made and have no issues I have found. Would recommend."

Horrible heel cup

"I’ve been in the Army for some years now and have never had heel blister issues. These boots, after wearing for one single ruck (65 lbs, 6 miles), absolutely tore open both of my heels around mile 4. These boots will now unfortunately be an office boot due to the fact that the heel cup is not conducive to moving long distance or moving under load. Incredibly disappointed in GORUCK boots"

Pretty bad boots

"These boots are honestly not worth the price or the hype. They’re okay enough for simple tasks and easy terrain; but I just ran my first Spartan race in them and the traction on these boots is TERRIBLE! I would *not* trust them while rucking at all. They’re literal injury magnets."

Zero pain great fit

"My boot collection is huge from danger hiking boots to heritage boots like Nicks, Truman’s, bluntstones, jk, redwings, jim greens and other hiking but these are by far the most comfortable pair I own I have problems with my feet where they always hurt if I stand to long but wearing these all day standing on concrete no pain wearing these hiking up mountains no pain my my other boots are collecting dust now. The comfort, breathability, and light weight design are next level I can move all day no problem. My feet are on the wider side usually EE or EEE and these accommodate that no problem. I went up 1/2 a size probably didn’t need to but I enjoy the toe space. Also has great arch support."

Bad fit, rubbed the sides of my heels

"I ruck a lot and was looking for a pair of boots with more support for my ankles and arches. I am coming from using Garmont NFS, and I wanted something similar but with more padding and thicker soles. Unfortunately, these boots did not offer what I was looking for. They do not have very good ankle support, and the sides of my heels rub quite a lot, causing hot spots. I am using thick socks, and these are the same size I have bought for every other boot. I am doubtful I will get a return on these because any scuffs from wear immediately disqualify that. It makes sense, but for buying boots it makes it kind of a gamble to try these out, and it looks like I can up short this time."

So far not bad

"This is my first pair of military boots. They are extremely comfortable and feel very solid and stable every step no matter the terrain. My only issue with them so far has been small blisters on the insides of my heels. The more I wear them, the less of problem this becomes though. Probably a combo of needing the break them in and get my feet used to them. Definitely run a little bit larger, but I know that is intentional for rucking boots."

Great shoe & good for wide feet!

"So far, great shoe. I was worried about width, as I require a wide shoe. Often shoes will say their toe box accommodates a wide foot, but they don't. Not so with this shoe -- fits comfortably & doesn't choke the forefoot. Comfortable and seems like they'll perform and hold up well."

The perfect world round the world boot?

"Im currently preparing for a motorcycle trip around the world. Starting in south america. My luggage is limited so aside from my riding gear i needed a pair of shoes I could use for workouts, hiking, exploring and in the event of a breakdown walk back to town. These boots fit the bill. They are light weight durable comfortable for miles on end and for my specific use case. Can replace 2-3 pairs of shoes. Time will tell how they hold up but first impression is 10/10"
