The Why Behind Tri-BlendX

Customer feedback drove the fix. We started hearing that our original tri-blend shirts weren’t meeting expectations. Because they were outsourced, we didn’t fully control the process and the quality didn’t live up to the GORUCK standard.

We don't do halfway fixes. So we brought production in-house, kept what worked, and improved what didn't. We upgraded to premium combed and ring-spun cotton—a process that removes impurities and creates stronger, softer yarn that resists pilling. We added SILVADUR™ 930 antimicrobial treatment to fight odor at the source, using silver ion technology that lasts for the life of the garment. And we implemented a rigorous quality control process that includes three separate inspection stages after construction, plus in-line checks throughout production.

Comfortable enough to wear every day and strong enough to withstand even the toughest endurance events. Tri-blendX is built to endure, tested and proven at GORUCK selection.

We brought Tri-BlendX production in-house because we refuse to compromise on quality. Three separate inspections after construction, on top of in-line quality checks, ensure every piece meets our standards.

Tri-BlendX

Premium combed and ring-spun cotton blended with high-tenacity polyester and rayon creates a fabric that's incredibly soft but refuses to lose its shape. Polyester wicks sweat away from your body, while rayon adds a silky feel and absorbs moisture.

Stink free

Most blends trap odor. Ours fights it. Tri-BlendX is treated with SILVADUR™ 930 antimicrobial technology, using silver ions to kill odor-causing bacteria. It stays fresh longer, so you can use it harder.
