We are committed to doing things the right way, not the easy way. That’s why we design and build our fabrics from the ground up and customize the fits to match. The standard approach—the one nearly everyone takes—is to slap a logo on some off-the-shelf hat that already exists. The world’s landfills are full of hats that are made like this. We reject that outright. That’s not how you build gear that lasts.
We invest the time, effort, and energy to do it our way. We take pride in every stitch, we obsess over every detail, so that it meets our standards.
Two things make running in the Florida sunshine even better. A rucksack to increase our VO2 Max and a featherweight ToughMesh hat to keep our core temp down and the sun’s cancer rays off our skin. ToughMesh is our premium Italian fabric that weighs just barely more than nothing and dries lightning fast - even after you jump your sweat drenched body in the pool after a long, hard ruck run. We are meant to live life at the edges, the A/C life is not for us. Wear hard, use often.

Adjustable VELCRO® Garage: Features a single, thinner 3” Velcro strap for a streamlined fit without the bulk or flapping of excess Velcro. The garage is attached to an elastic tab, allowing for better adjustability, comfort, and a more secure fit.
Hat Sizing: 7 1/4 smallest size and adjustable up to 7 5/8. Same fit as the Performance Tac Hat (57.5cm).
The top button: we removed it because it serves no purpose and it hurts when you wear Peltors or other hearing protection.

Cool Hat
"Love it. Very cool hat. Only downside is that it stretches out and starts to look mushroomy after some use. Giving it a hand wash and a sun dry seems to return it to original shape though. Love the arrow shaped strap in back, very unique."

Missed the mark
"I really, really wanted to love this hat but 1) it’s overly large for a one size fits all - especially compared to the other hats and 2) the bill and mesh don’t seem to align as expected. The bill is stiff while the mesh hat is floppy so it sits all wonky. It’s like it’s not meant to fit a head - or perhaps it’s just my head."
