"It works great! It’s softer than steel when you drop it or set it down forcefully. It’s nice when it’s sitting on your shoulder doing a carry. It’s great when doing KB swings. It is too big though when you want to do some pull-throughs and other things close to the ground."

Obviously, the sand kettlebell will be less dense than a metal one, but it’s so large that it’s a little awkward to use for anything other than a weight to throw in a ruck."
