We wanted to build a plate your diaphragm wouldn't even notice. So we cut a hole in the middle. That change took the weight off the chest and moved it to the outer edges of the torso, away from your lungs and diaphragm. Now you can actually breathe when you’re recovering between sets.
Where it STarted
To build the Rucking weight vest, we studied the most advanced ballistic plates in use today. But where coverage is a concern for armor, we could get rid of it. So we did, literally. Our brand-new Curved Ruck Plates sit close to the body, but with a cutout design that takes weight off the chest.
The Best Vest For the Best PLates
We lowered the neckline, because nobody should have to worry about smashing their chin on their vest during dynamic workouts. And we took a swimmer's cut design to maximize range of motion fo the arms.
Then we had to engineer the best vest to securely hold the best plates. 210D Cordura on the inside, rucksack-style padded straps, and our signature quality and craftsmanship included.
